Returns

This Refund and Returns Policy applies for all products purchased through the STRICTLY SOLID checkout.
You acknowledge that STRICTLY SOLID provides a platform for all users to purchase Products from a Seller, and that a sales contract is formed between you and STRICTLY SOLID LTD.
You will be sent a confirmation of the sales contract between STRICTLY SOLID and yourself via email promptly after the conclusion of the contract.

Return Policy:

* PHYSICAL FITNESS PRODUCTS: STRICTLY SOLID LTD cannot refund any physical fitness products due to hygiene reasons, however we can exchange or provide credit via our gift cards (regulation 28(3)(a), CCRs).
* RETURNS FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE: If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. To receive the products you ordered, you will need to create another order. You will not be refunded for the postage as we have incurred the cost of sending you the order.
* RETURNS BY CUSTOMER: Any digital or physical fitness products returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
